19 Some building approval applications to be referred— Act s 27 (1) (b) (2) The application must be referred to an entity mentioned in an item in schedule 2 if the building work involves something prescribed in schedule 2 in relation to the entity. (3) A referral under subsection (2) must be accompanied by a copy of the plans relating to the proposed building work.
