13 Removal or demolition of buildings—Act, s 26 (3)
the removal or demolition of a building.
(2) The following information must be included in either the application
or the plans accompanying the application:
(a) details of the methods to be used in carrying out the proposed
building work, including a work plan stated or set out in
AS 2601 (Demolition of structures), as in force from time to
time;

(b) the number of dwellings (if any) to be demolished.
removal, of a building––
(a) means the removal of the building from a place for re-erection,
with or without further alteration, at another place; and
(b) includes the demolition of part of the building removed or
proposed to be removed.
