sec.78 Application of sdiv 1
This subdivision applies to the occupier of a building if— the occupier— occupied the building immediately before the commencement and has continued to occupy the building since the commencement; and has kept a fire and evacuation plan for the building; and the use of the building, including its classification under the Building Code of Australia, has not changed since the commencement.
- (a) the occupier— (i) occupied the building immediately before the commencement and has continued to occupy the building since the commencement; and (ii) has kept a fire and evacuation plan for the building; and
