sec.74 Preliminary meeting fee for proposed building development application
This section applies if a person who proposes to make a building development application asks a representative of the service to attend a meeting (a preliminary meeting ) to discuss the application. (sec.74-ssec.2) The person must pay the service the following fees— for attendance of the representative at the first preliminary meeting requested by the person— for the first hour of the meeting—nil; and for each additional hour, or part of an hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units; for attendance of the representative at a later preliminary meeting—for each hour, or part of an hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units.
- (a) for attendance of the representative at the first preliminary meeting requested by the person— (i) for the first hour of the meeting—nil; and (ii) for each additional hour, or part of an hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units;
- (i) for the first hour of the meeting—nil; and
- (ii) for each additional hour, or part of an hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units;
- (b) for attendance of the representative at a later preliminary meeting—for each hour, or part of an hour, of the meeting—644.20 fee units.
- (i) for the first hour of the meeting—nil; and
