sec.68 Fee for additional inspection of required special fire service
This section applies if— the service has carried out an inspection, other than an interim inspection, of a required special fire service for stated building work; and the applicant for the stated building work asks the service to carry out another inspection (an additional inspection ) of the required special fire service for the stated building work. The applicant must pay the service the reinspection fee stated in schedule 2 , part 4 , for carrying out the additional inspection. (sec.68-ssec.1) This section applies if— the service has carried out an inspection, other than an interim inspection, of a required special fire service for stated building work; and the applicant for the stated building work asks the service to carry out another inspection (an additional inspection ) of the required special fire service for the stated building work. (sec.68-ssec.2) The applicant must pay the service the reinspection fee stated in schedule 2 , part 4 , for carrying out the additional inspection.
- (a) the service has carried out an inspection, other than an interim inspection, of a required special fire service for stated building work; and
- (b) the applicant for the stated building work asks the service to carry out another inspection (an additional inspection ) of the required special fire service for the stated building work.
