sec.39 Requirements for instructing new persons
This section applies if a person is to become responsible for carrying out an evacuation coordination procedure under the building’s fire and evacuation plan. The occupier must give the evacuation coordination instructions to the person within 1 month before the person becomes responsible for carrying out the evacuation coordination procedure. Maximum penalty—30 penalty units. s 39 amd 2014 SL No. 296 s 13 (sec.39-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is to become responsible for carrying out an evacuation coordination procedure under the building’s fire and evacuation plan. (sec.39-ssec.2) The occupier must give the evacuation coordination instructions to the person within 1 month before the person becomes responsible for carrying out the evacuation coordination procedure. Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
