sec.20 Application of divs 2 , 3 , 5 and 6
Divisions 2 , 3 , 5 and 6 do not apply to— the occupier of a budget accommodation building for which a fire safety management plan is required under section 27 of the Building Act or the Fire Services Act 1990 , section 146Q ; or the occupier of a building used for conducting a residential service. - (a) the occupier of a budget accommodation building for which a fire safety management plan is required under section 27 of the Building Act or the Fire Services Act 1990 , section 146Q ; or
- (b) the occupier of a building used for conducting a residential service.
