10 Buildings and areas of buildings affected by energy efficiency disclosure obligations
(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a specified kind of building is disclosure affected. (2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a specified kind of area of a building is disclosure affected.
