sec.91 Effect of writing off liability

This section applies if all or part of an applicant’s liability to pay an amount under section 85 or costs ordered by a court or QCAT is written off under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 21 . The writing off does not extinguish the applicant’s liability or prevent a later proceeding against the applicant to recover the amount of the liability.
