sec.118 Review of particular objection decisions

This section applies if, before assent, the commissioner made an objection decision about an application for, or payment of, a building boost grant, that— confirmed an original decision; or set aside an original decision and substituted another decision, other than in a way requested by the applicant for the grant. The commissioner must, within 28 days after assent, give the applicant notice of the objection decision complying with the QCAT Act , section 157 (2) . Part 4, division 2 applies to reviewing the objection decision. (sec.118-ssec.1) This section applies if, before assent, the commissioner made an objection decision about an application for, or payment of, a building boost grant, that— confirmed an original decision; or set aside an original decision and substituted another decision, other than in a way requested by the applicant for the grant. (sec.118-ssec.2) The commissioner must, within 28 days after assent, give the applicant notice of the objection decision complying with the QCAT Act , section 157 (2) . (sec.118-ssec.3) Part 4, division 2 applies to reviewing the objection decision.

• (b) set aside an original decision and substituted another decision, other than in a way requested by the applicant for the grant.
