sec.116 Commissioner may impose penalty
This section applies if— a person contravenes section 110(3), 111(3), 112(3) or 113(2) in relation to a building boost grant; and the commissioner gives the person a repayment notice for the amount of the grant; and the person does not pay the amount within the period stated in the notice. The commissioner may give the person a penalty notice for the contravention. (sec.116-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person contravenes section 110(3), 111(3), 112(3) or 113(2) in relation to a building boost grant; and the commissioner gives the person a repayment notice for the amount of the grant; and the person does not pay the amount within the period stated in the notice. (sec.116-ssec.2) The commissioner may give the person a penalty notice for the contravention.
- (a) a person contravenes section 110(3), 111(3), 112(3) or 113(2) in relation to a building boost grant; and
- (b) the commissioner gives the person a repayment notice for the amount of the grant; and
- (c) the person does not pay the amount within the period stated in the notice.
