sec.109 Definition for pt 6
In this part— retrospectively applied provisions means the following— part 1, divisions 2 to 4, other than section 9(1)(h) and (4); part 2, other than sections 18(e)(vii), 29, 32(2)(c)(iii) and 38(1)(a) and (b)(i) and (iii); sections 94, 95(1) to (3) and 106.
