98 Conditions of registration

(1) A registration is subject to the following conditions—

(a) conditions prescribed by this Act or the regulations,

(b) conditions imposed by the Secretary.

(2) The Secretary may impose conditions on a registration—

(a) when granting the registration, or

(b) at another time by varying the registration.

(3) A provision of this subdivision that authorises a type of condition to be imposed on a registration does not, unless expressly provided for by this subdivision—

(a) prevent other types of conditions from being imposed, or

(b) limit the matters that may be provided for by conditions.
