88 Offence—falsely representing work
A person must not, for the purposes of securing work for the person or another person, falsely represent that work is—
(a) registered work, or
(b) another type of work prescribed by the regulations.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—600 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—3,000 penalty units.
