80 Lodgement on NSW planning portal
(1) A document required by this Act or the regulations to be given to a person using the NSW planning portal is taken to be given to the person when the document is lodged on the NSW planning portal.
(2) An application for an approval made using the NSW planning portal is taken to be made to the approval authority appointed for the building work or change of building use to which the application relates.
