39 Issue of approval

(1) The approval authority must, when issuing a completion approval—

(a) issue the approval in an approved form, and

(b) include the documents relied on by the approval authority to issue the approval, and

(c) if a fire safety certificate is required under section 38—include the fire safety certificate.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—300 penalty units, or

(b) otherwise—1,500 penalty units.

(2) The regulations may impose conditions on completion approvals.
