35 Approval authority may require additional information
(1) The appointed approval authority for building work or a change of building use may require an applicant to give the approval authority additional information the approval authority reasonably requires to decide the application.
(2) If additional information is given to the approval authority before the application is decided, the information is taken to form part of the application.
