34 Applications—change of building use not involving building work
34 Applications—change of building use not involving building work
(1) This section applies to an application for a completion approval for a change of building use that does not involve building work.
(2) The application must—
(a) if an approval authority is already appointed for the change of building use—specify that the approval authority is already appointed, or
(b) otherwise—nominate an approval authority.
(3) The nominated approval authority is taken to be appointed for the change of building use if the approval authority accepts the application.
(4) A local council that is nominated cannot refuse to accept the application.
