(1) The documents, including designs and declarations, relied on by the approval authority to issue or vary a building approval are taken to form part of the building approval.
(2) A document varied in accordance with this subdivision replaces the earlier version of the document.
(3) A building approval for building work is taken to form part of the development consent under which the building work is carried out.
