202 Repeals

The following are repealed—

(a) the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018,

(b) the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation 2020,

(c) the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020,

(d) the Design and Building Practitioners Regulation 2021,

(e) the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Development Certification and Fire Safety) Regulation 2021.
