171 Variation or withdrawal of undertaking
171 Variation or withdrawal of undertaking
(1) A party to an undertaking may vary the undertaking with the written agreement of the other party.
(2) An undertaking may not be varied to provide for a different subject matter.
(3) In this section—
party, to an undertaking, means—
(a) the Secretary, and
(b) the person who gave the undertaking.
