170 Giving undertakings
(1) The Secretary may accept an undertaking from a registered person relating to the following—
(a) the carrying out of registered work,
(b) the person’s business operations and activities.
(2) A person must not contravene an undertaking.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—
(a) for an individual—300 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—1,500 penalty units.
