142 Term of appointment as authorised officer
(1) A person appointed as an authorised officer holds office for a term specified in the person’s instrument of appointment.
(2) The Secretary may, by written notice given to the authorised officer—
(a) amend the term of the officer’s appointment, or
(b) revoke the appointment.
