140 Authorised purposes
An authorised officer may exercise the functions conferred by this part for the following purposes—
(a) investigating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with the requirements of this Act and the regulations,
(b) obtaining documents or other information for purposes connected with the administration of this Act and the regulations,
(c) enforcing, administering or executing this Act and the regulations.
