105 Cancellation of registration

105 Cancellation of registration

(1) The Secretary may, by written notice to a registration holder, cancel the registration of the registration holder if the Secretary is satisfied there are grounds for the cancellation of the registration.

(2) Notice of the cancellation must specify—

(a) the date or time from which the cancellation takes effect, and

(b) the grounds for the cancellation, and

(c) information about how the decision to cancel the registration may be reviewed.
