103 Suspension of registration

103 Suspension of registration

(1) The Secretary may, by written notice to a registration holder, suspend the registration of the registration holder if the Secretary is satisfied there are grounds for the suspension of the registration.

(2) Notice of the suspension must specify—

(a) the date or time from which the suspension takes effect, and

(b) the period of the suspension, and

(c) the grounds for the suspension, and

(d) information about how the decision to suspend the registration may be reviewed.
