#### 68 Savings and transitional—existing arrangements for exchange of information 68 Savings and transitional—existing arrangements for exchange of information > An arrangement entered into by the Building Professionals Board with a relevant agency under section 82A of the [Building Professionals Act 2005](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2005-115) that is in force immediately before the repeal of that section is taken to be an arrangement entered into by the Secretary with the relevant agency under section 108 of the [Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-063).
