#### 61 Responsibilities of councils carrying out certain certification work 61 Responsibilities of councils carrying out certain certification work > For the purposes of section 112(1) of the Act, the prescribed class of certification work is all certification work other than— > > > (a) certification work under the [Strata Schemes Development Act 2015](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2015-051), or > > > (b) certification work under the [Swimming Pools Act 1992](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1992-049), or > > > (c) certification work under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) for subdivision work or for a structure that does not have a classification under the Building Code of Australia.
