#### 48 Body corporate no longer able to exercise accreditation authority functions 48 Body corporate no longer able to exercise accreditation authority functions > > (1) The Secretary must publish a notice in the Gazette if a body corporate is no longer able to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority because its approval as an accreditation authority is suspended or cancelled. > > > (2) The notice is to be published as soon as practicable after the suspension or cancellation. > > > (3) The Secretary may also publish the notice in any other manner that the Secretary sees fit.
