#### 36 Condition that evidence of insurance be provided to Secretary 36 Condition that evidence of insurance be provided to Secretary > > (1) For the purposes of section 66(1)(a) of the Act, it is a condition of an approval of an accreditation authority that the accreditation authority provide the Secretary with a copy of the certificate of currency for each insurance policy held by the accreditation authority. > > > (2) If the accreditation authority takes out a new policy of insurance or renews a policy of insurance, the certificate of currency must be provided under subclause (1) within 5 business days.
