#### 33 Additional ground for refusing approval 33 Additional ground for refusing approval > For the purposes of section 63(3)(f) of the Act, the Secretary may refuse an approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority if— > > > (a) the Secretary has requested the applicant for the approval to provide additional information necessary for the Secretary to determine the application, and > > > (b) the applicant fails to provide the information within the reasonable time specified by the Secretary.
