#### 32 Accreditation authority approval guidelines 32 Accreditation authority approval guidelines > For the purposes of section 61(2)(d) of the Act, the guidelines may make provision for or with respect to the following— > > > (a) the complaint handling for making a complaint about an accreditation authority or a person exercising the functions of an accreditation authority, > > > (b) how the Secretary will exercise any of the Secretary’s functions under Part 6 of the Act, > > > (c) the publication of information about an accreditation scheme.
