#### 86 Purposes for which functions under Part may be exercised 86 Purposes for which functions under Part may be exercised > > (1) An authorised officer may exercise the functions conferred by this Part for any of the following purposes— > > > > > (a) investigating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with the requirements imposed by or under this Act, > > > > > (b) obtaining information or records for purposes connected with the administration of this Act, > > > > > (c) enforcing, administering or executing this Act. > > > (2) In this Part, a reference to an authorised purpose is a reference to any purpose referred to in subsection (1).
