#### 74 Condition requiring the keeping of records 74 Condition requiring the keeping of records > > (1) It is a condition of approval as an accreditation authority that the accreditation authority must keep the records that are prescribed by the regulations. > > > (2) The regulations made under this section may prescribe the manner and form in which the records are to be kept and the time for which those records must be retained. > > > (3) A requirement to retain records continues to apply to a body corporate even if the body corporate ceases to be an accreditation authority. > > > (4) An accreditation authority or former accreditation authority that fails to comply with a condition or requirement set out in this section is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
