#### 73 Condition requiring publication of information 73 Condition requiring publication of information > > (1) It is a condition of approval as an accreditation authority that the accreditation authority must, when requested in writing by the Secretary to do so, make available to the public information relating to the exercise of its functions as an accreditation authority (including identifying information about the holders of accreditation) that may be specified by the Secretary. > > > (2) The information must, if the Secretary specifies a manner in which it must be made available, be made available in that manner. > > > (3) The regulations may make further provision with respect to making information available under this section. > > > (4) An accreditation authority that fails to comply with the condition set out in this section is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
