#### 70 Condition requiring provision of information to the Secretary 70 Condition requiring provision of information to the Secretary > > (1) It is a condition of approval as an accreditation authority that the accreditation authority must, when requested in writing by the Secretary to do so, provide the Secretary with any information relating to the exercise of its functions as an accreditation authority as the Secretary may require. > > > (2) The information must, if the Secretary specifies a time within which it must be provided, be provided within that time. > > > (3) The regulations may make further provision with respect to the provision of information under this section. > > > (4) An accreditation authority that fails to comply with the condition set out in this section is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
