#### 66 Conditions of approval 66 Conditions of approval > > (1) An approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority is subject to the following conditions— > > > > > (a) any conditions prescribed by this Act or the regulations, > > > > > (b) any conditions imposed by the Secretary. > > > (2) The Secretary may impose conditions on an approval— > > > > > (a) at the time of the grant of the approval, or > > > > > (b) at any other time by variation of the approval.
