52 Meaning of “regulated work”
> In this Act, regulated work means the following—

> > (a) the carrying out of work as an accredited practitioner under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203),

> > (b) any other work declared by this or any other Act to be regulated work.
