#### 51 Liability for offences not affected 51 Liability for offences not affected > > (1) A decision to take disciplinary action against a person under this Part does not affect the liability of the person for any offence against a provision of this or any other Act or of a regulation made under this or any other Act. > > > (2) The Secretary is not prevented from taking disciplinary action under this Part merely because the registered certifier concerned is subject to criminal or civil proceedings that relate to the same matters or incident to which the disciplinary action relates.
