#### 39 Registered directors must report certain conduct 39 Registered directors must report certain conduct > Each registered director of a registered body corporate must report to the Secretary conduct by any of the following persons as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the conduct if the director suspects, or should reasonably suspect, that the conduct is a ground for taking disciplinary action against the person under Part 4— > > > (a) the body corporate, > > > (b) any other registered director of the body corporate, > > > (c) any registered individual who is carrying out certification work on behalf of the body corporate. > > Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
