#### 36 Return of certificate of registration 36 Return of certificate of registration > > (1) The Secretary may at any time by written notice require a person whose registration has been suspended, varied or cancelled to return to the Secretary within a specified time a certificate of registration issued to the person. > > > (2) The notice may be included as part of a statement of a decision by the Secretary to take disciplinary action against the person. > > > (3) A person must comply with a notice under this section. > > > > Maximum penalty—40 penalty units in the case of a body corporate and 20 penalty units in any other case.
