#### 20 Offence of contravening condition 20 Offence of contravening condition > A registered certifier (including a former registered certifier) who contravenes any of the following is guilty of an offence— > > > (a) a condition of the registration (other than a condition for which a different maximum penalty is prescribed), > > > (b) a condition of a suspension or cancellation of registration. > > Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
