52 Regulations S. 52(1) substituted by No. 42/2006 s. 41. (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to— (a) prescribing forms for any purpose of this Act; (b) prescribing information to be provided under this Act; (c) any other matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act. S. 52(2) substituted by No. 42/2006 s. 41. (2) Regulations made under this Act— (a) may provide in a specified case or class of cases for the exemption of persons or things or a class of persons or things from any of the provisions of this Act whether unconditionally or on specified conditions and either wholly or to such an extent as is specified; and (b) may differ according to differences in time, place and circumstance. (3) The commencement of a regulation referred to in section 5, 6 or 7 does not affect the operation of this Act with respect to construction work carried out, or related goods and services supplied, under a construction contract entered into before that commencement.
