47C Recording and publishing of determinations S. 47C(1) amended by No. 34/2013 s. 35(Sch. 2 item 1.17). (1) The Authority must keep a record of any adjudication determinations or review determinations that it receives. S. 47C(2) amended by No. 34/2013 s. 35(Sch. 2 item 1.17). (2) The Authority may publish information in a determination received under section 23A or 28J if— (a) the information does not identify any person or body referred to in the determination or disclose the address or location of that person or body; and (b) the identity, address or location of any person or body referred to in the determination cannot reasonably be determined from the information.
