sec.25 Existing appeals to industrial magistrate

This section applies in relation to an appeal to an industrial magistrate under section 88 of the Act started, but not decided, before the commencement. The repealed regulation continues to apply in relation to the appeal as if this regulation had not been made and the repealed regulation were still in force.
