sec.20 Government entities—Act, schedule, definition government entity
For the schedule of the Act , definition government entity , paragraph (d) , each of the following entities is declared to be a government entity— Energex Limited ACN 078 849 055; Ergon Energy Corporation Limited ACN 087 646 062.
