sec.65 Payment when due
An amount payable in respect of an entitlement under this Act becomes payable when the authority is satisfied that the entitlement should be paid. The authority may, if the person entitled to the payment so requests, defer a payment that is payable under subsection (1) for such period as is agreed between the person and the authority. s 65 amd 1993 No. 66 s 3 sch ; 1994 No. 65 s 3 sch (sec.65-ssec.1) An amount payable in respect of an entitlement under this Act becomes payable when the authority is satisfied that the entitlement should be paid. (sec.65-ssec.2) The authority may, if the person entitled to the payment so requests, defer a payment that is payable under subsection (1) for such period as is agreed between the person and the authority.
