sec.45 Employer to notify authority of any change in circumstance

An employer must give written notice to the authority of any change to information given to the authority under section 43 (3) or (4) within 14 days of the change happening. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 45 sub 1994 No. 65 s 17 amd 2000 No. 61 s 39
