sec.19 Board meetings
Subject to subsection (2) , the board is to meet as often as is necessary for the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act. The board is to meet at least once in every 3 months. The chairperson may convene a meeting of the board at any time. The chairperson must convene a meeting if jointly requested by a director of the board appointed under section 13 (c) and a director of the board appointed under section 13 (d) . s 19 prev s 19 om 1993 No. 66 s 3 sch pres s 19 amd 1994 No. 65 s 3 sch (sec.19-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , the board is to meet as often as is necessary for the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act.
