sec.17 Vacating office
The office of a director of the board becomes vacant if the director— dies; or resigns by signed notice given to the Minister; or is absent, without prior leave of the board and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive meetings of the board of which notice has been given to the director; or becomes disqualified as prescribed by section 15 from continuing as a director; or is removed from office under section 16 (2) . s 17 amd 1993 No. 66 s 3 sch ; 1994 No. 65 s 3 sch
- (a) dies; or
- (b) resigns by signed notice given to the Minister; or
- (c) is absent, without prior leave of the board and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive meetings of the board of which notice has been given to the director; or
- (d) becomes disqualified as prescribed by section 15 from continuing as a director; or
- (e) is removed from office under section 16 (2) .
